This is an NOS (New Old Stock) Perrine Model 87 Automatic Fly Reel. I opened it up to verify that it is unused. Comes in the original box with instructions and parts list. Even has the original line on it still!

This is the largest of the models that Perrine offered in the automatic fly reels. I would not use the line that's on it given it's age. Instructions include recommended line weight for replacement.
